PRODUCTION BASES

Welcome to J&F’s tile production network. Product development, sample review, production coordination and quality control are managed through an established supply process.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & SAMPLE MANAGEMENT

J&F works with an international design team of more than 20 designers from Italy, Korea and Singapore. The team follows international tile trends and develops original collections for different markets and buyer requirements. Each designer develops approximately 10 new design concepts every month, supporting regular collection updates for tile brands, wholesalers and project buyers.

Original Design Development

New tile collections begin with market research, trend references, colour direction and surface design. Product concepts are then developed into samples for internal review and buyer selection.

Sample Review & Buyer Confirmation

Developed samples are reviewed for colour, texture, surface finish, size and overall design consistency. Selected samples are then presented to buyers for evaluation and confirmation before production coordination.

Each order is coordinated from product development and sample confirmation to quality inspection, packing and export preparation.

QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

Quality control is applied throughout product confirmation, production coordination, final inspection and packing preparation.

J&F follows an internal QC SOP supported by an experienced quality control team and a quality advisor with more than 40 years of ceramic industry experience.

During production, product colour, surface, size and overall condition are checked against the confirmed samples and order specifications. Inspection findings are recorded and communicated for follow-up before packing.

Final Inspection & Packing Confirmation

Before shipment, finished products are checked against the approved samples and order requirements. Product condition, quantity, labels, cartons, pallets and packing details are reviewed before loading preparation.

PACKING & SHIPMENT PREPARATION

Before shipment, products are checked against the confirmed order requirements. Packaging, labels, cartons, pallets and container preparation are coordinated according to the approved order details. J&F’s dedicated palletizing team supports export packing and loading preparation for overseas orders.
